What does "up to 500 drinks" mean? It's a fair-use level, not a hard cap — nobody gets cut off mid-shake. If your team regularly enjoys more than the included amount, we'll simply suggest moving up to the larger plan. (And if that happens, it means your team loves the service.)

A new kind of service raises good questions — here's what people usually ask.

Do employees need to register or pay anything?
No. There's no registration, no app and no payment. The employer covers the service, and everyone at the workplace can use it freely during the workday.
What exactly is included in the monthly price?
Everything: the machine, installation and onboarding, all drinks and ingredients, reusable shakers, software and remote connectivity, and our support. There are no separate refill orders or per-drink invoices.
What happens if we go over the included drinks?
Nothing dramatic — the included volume is a fair-use level, not a hard limit. If usage regularly exceeds it, we'll talk about upgrading to the larger plan. Occasional busy months are fine.
What does the machine need to be installed?
About 80 cm of counter or floor width, a power socket, a water connection and Wi-Fi. It fits a standard break room or office kitchen, and most installations are up and running within a few days of the water connection being ready.
Who maintains the machine?
Day-to-day upkeep — refills and basic cleaning — is handled by the workplace and takes about 10 minutes per week. We monitor the machine remotely and handle everything else, including technical service.
Does it replace our coffee machine?
It can, but it doesn't have to. Optishake Work serves premium coffee and can run alongside your current coffee solution. The point is that one device covers the whole workday's drink needs — hot and cold.
Can we choose which drinks are available?
Yes. The selection of up to 7 drinks is tailored to your workplace and can be changed and updated as preferences evolve.
Shared shakers — is that hygienic?
Think of them like the office coffee cups: the shakers delivered with the machine are dishwasher-safe and wash up just the same. Prefer your own? No problem — since there's no smart-tag pairing, any bottle that fits the machine opening works, so you can keep a personal shaker at your desk.
How is this different from Optishake at the gym?
Same fresh, chilled drinks — much simpler setup. At work there's no membership, no smart-tag shakers and no per-drink payments. The machine is delivered with reusable shakers and runs on a free-vend model: walk up and pour.
